Job Summary

A company is looking for a NP Licensed in OH - Telephonic On Call - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic care and coordination for members between facilities, hospitals, and colleagues
• Utilize EMR to deliver acute care and manage both medical and behavioral conditions
• Monitor member needs and adjust care plans as necessary while ensuring appropriate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Active OH NP license or ability to obtain by start date
• Active ANCC or AANP national certification in relevant fields or ability to obtain by start date
• Current active DEA licensure or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
• Availability to work assigned weekends, weekdays/nights, and pre-assigned holidays
