Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to drive product adoption and success
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and advocate for their needs
- Monitor account health, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities for growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS organization
- 3+ years of experience in public safety is preferred
- Prior experience with UAS is strongly preferred
- Experience with modern networking and cloud software installations is a plus
- Proven track record in a fast-paced SaaS environment is preferred
