A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for their web content management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and customer service via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Document all relevant information for each case in Zendesk and manage time effectively to prioritize customer inquiries
- Utilize web programming languages and consult documentation to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technology-related or higher education organizations
- Exposure to website development and proficiency in HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of PHP or ASP, or other scripting languages is a plus
- Proficient with Windows and comfortable with Macintosh operating systems
