A company is looking for a Client Service Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure clients receive scheduled care and manage communication regarding service changes
- Initiate contact with new clients and triage incoming calls to the staffing department
- Prepare and distribute reports on client coverage and assist with scheduling and documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
- Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a plus
