Client Service Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive scheduled care and manage communication regarding service changes
• Initiate contact with new clients and triage incoming calls to the staffing department
• Prepare and distribute reports on client coverage and assist with scheduling and documentation in the EMR

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable
• High School diploma or GED required
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a plus
