- 6+ months of experience in customer service, call centers, healthcare support, or similar roles
- Comfortable using phone systems, Google Suite, Slack, and customer management platforms
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- A warm personality that fosters trust and builds relationships
- Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare-related role is a plus
