Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
• Create and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience
• Previous sales support experience preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
