A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (German Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship holder and point of contact for customers throughout their journey
- Engage with at-risk customers to improve satisfaction and retention
- Deliver value conversations and gather customer feedback to enhance their experience
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success/retention roles
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems
- Solid technical understanding of networks and software
- Proven track record of achieving goals and KPIs
