Job Summary

A company is looking for a Limited Service Call Center Team Leader (Remote in New Jersey).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing training and real-time quality monitoring of Consumer Services Specialists
  • Handle escalated calls and assist in resolving complex consumer interactions
  • Answer inbound calls during high call volume and track inquiries using applicable systems
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 6+ years of relevant experience required
  • State of New Jersey residency is required
  • Internal staff required NJ SBE Project experience
  • 3 years of Call Center experience preferred
