Job Summary
A company is looking for a Limited Service Call Center Team Leader (Remote in New Jersey).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing training and real-time quality monitoring of Consumer Services Specialists
- Handle escalated calls and assist in resolving complex consumer interactions
- Answer inbound calls during high call volume and track inquiries using applicable systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 6+ years of relevant experience required
- State of New Jersey residency is required
- Internal staff required NJ SBE Project experience
- 3 years of Call Center experience preferred
