Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success management or account management
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
- Competent in using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and GSuite/Google Docs
- Empathy and a strong desire to help customers succeed
- Ability to work independently with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
