Key Responsibilities
- Monitor a shared incident response inbox and ensure timely responses
- Analyze incoming incidents for proper documentation and routing
- Maintain a tracking system for reported incidents and perform quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of related experience
- Experience in case management, child welfare, or social work
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and performing basic data analysis preferred
