Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, LATAM (Portuguese Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring maximum value from the platform
- Collaborate with customers and account teams to create Customer Success Plans and conduct regular check-ins
- Manage post-sales activities and engage customers to promote product adoption and mitigate churn
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise SaaS products
- Experience as a trusted advisor guiding customer outcomes
- Understanding of Jira and Confluence use cases and configurations
- Experience with CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
- Proficiency in Portuguese in business and technical settings, with knowledge of the Brazil market
