Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist I (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls and making outbound calls to verify insurance information
  • Analyze and interpret insurance documents, updating information in a proprietary computer system
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity while adhering to strict guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of prior experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred
  • Previous insurance experience, especially in auto insurance, is beneficial
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
  • Excellent data entry skills with a minimum of 45 WPM
