A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist I (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls and making outbound calls to verify insurance information
- Analyze and interpret insurance documents, updating information in a proprietary computer system
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity while adhering to strict guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of prior experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred
- Previous insurance experience, especially in auto insurance, is beneficial
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Excellent data entry skills with a minimum of 45 WPM
