Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Administrator to provide essential support services to the client services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full resolution of tickets and oversee client email communications
- Assist with quarterly Public Media drive preparation and create/update Knowledge Base Articles
- Function as a liaison between client companies and operations staff
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a virtual contact center environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience as a call/contact center supervisor or similar position
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications preferred
- Experience in high-level customer service is required
