Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 2 support for SaaS and custom-built insurance applications
- Deliver customer service through various communication channels including chat, email, and phone
- Support application conversion and implementation projects while escalating complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or application support
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, O365, SharePoint)
- Experience providing technical support for SaaS applications preferred
- Foundational knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Scrum frameworks preferred
