Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 support for SaaS and custom-built insurance applications
  • Deliver customer service through various communication channels including chat, email, and phone
  • Support application conversion and implementation projects while escalating complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or application support
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, O365, SharePoint)
  • Experience providing technical support for SaaS applications preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Scrum frameworks preferred
