Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers to ensure high adoption and satisfaction
- Develop strong relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and strategic consultations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and communicate feedback to the Product organization
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a SaaS or telecommunications company
- Proven success managing a large portfolio of customers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Understanding of the Customer Journey and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
