Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and retention for SMB and mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers to ensure high adoption and satisfaction
  • Develop strong relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and strategic consultations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and communicate feedback to the Product organization
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a SaaS or telecommunications company
  • Proven success managing a large portfolio of customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Understanding of the Customer Journey and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
