Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to provide technical support for clients utilizing their product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line and ongoing product and technical support for the company's products and solutions
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the product suite and educate users on its features
- Assist with management of account software subscriptions and provide feedback on product performance
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of related technical support experience, preferably in SaaS software
- Prior experience in electronic e-billing or accounting is a plus
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business requirements and expectations
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across several projects simultaneously
