Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Active Clinical Certification (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech) preferred
• Understanding of healthcare processes and medical terminology
• Familiarity with contact center software and CRM systems
• Ability to adhere to healthcare data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA
