Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with providers to explain the enrollment process and collects necessary documentation
• Prepares and verifies provider enrollment applications and maintains data entry in CAQH
• Handles enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances, and coordinates provider information

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of provider enrollment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
