Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to pharmacy benefits from members, providers, and clients
- Document issues and resolutions in a database and escalate as necessary
- Maintain professional interactions and meet performance goals in a production-based environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Customer service and/or healthcare experience is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems and prioritize tasks effectively
