A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries related to pharmacy benefits from members, providers, and clients
  • Document issues and resolutions in a database and escalate as necessary
  • Maintain professional interactions and meet performance goals in a production-based environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • Customer service and/or healthcare experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems and prioritize tasks effectively
