- Deliver exceptional member service experiences through professional demeanor and effective troubleshooting
- Provide decision-making support and ensure quick and accurate resolutions for financial inquiries
- Assist members and prospective members with their financial well-being
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Previous customer service experience is required
- At least six months of experience as a Member Care Representative 1 or in Digital Services
- Preferred training or experience in technical support for online and mobile banking issues
- Experience in a call center or banking environment is a plus
