A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite and global teams to ensure customer success
- Collaborate with customers and account teams to create and execute Customer Success Plans
- Engage customers to promote product adoption and mitigate churn through proactive support
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise customers
- Experience as a trusted advisor guiding customer outcomes
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence use cases and configurations
- Experience using CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
- Fluency in Spanish and English
