A company is looking for a Life & Annuity Contact Center Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations of the customer support center and manages customer support staff
- Conveys customer feedback to enhance client satisfaction and promotes sales of service options
- Acts as a liaison with clients and internal leaders to manage relationships and service agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferred in business management or related field
- Strong expertise in Life & Annuity or financial industry
- At least nine years of customer service or contact center operations experience
- Five or more years of leadership and management experience in the insurance industry
- Intermediate to expert competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
