Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life & Annuity Contact Center Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees daily operations of the customer support center and manages customer support staff
  • Conveys customer feedback to enhance client satisfaction and promotes sales of service options
  • Acts as a liaison with clients and internal leaders to manage relationships and service agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferred in business management or related field
  • Strong expertise in Life & Annuity or financial industry
  • At least nine years of customer service or contact center operations experience
  • Five or more years of leadership and management experience in the insurance industry
  • Intermediate to expert competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
