A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify insurance companies and primary care physicians to obtain benefit information
- Complete billing tasks and inform patients about their insurance benefits and balances
- Manage authorizations and follow up with primary care physicians or insurance companies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and Outlook
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
