Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance companies and primary care physicians to obtain benefit information
• Complete billing tasks and inform patients about their insurance benefits and balances
• Manage authorizations and follow up with primary care physicians or insurance companies as needed

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and Outlook
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
