Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and respond to emails regarding patient needs
- Communicate with internal and external customers and troubleshoot equipment problems over the phone
- Document accounts, verify delivery information, and assist in achieving departmental goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
