Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and solution-focused support to Service members, Veterans, and their families over the phone
- Handle inquiries and requests in a professional manner while managing high-stress situations
- Gather information to assess needs and resolve inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical/hospital call center
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish, both oral and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong ethics
