Key Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries from members, providers, and other stakeholders, providing high-quality customer service
- Researches and resolves membership issues using various data sources and maintains accurate records of inquiries
- Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing experience
- Advanced keyboarding knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
