Loan Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Service Specialist who provides support and mentorship in the Loan Service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members and staff with loan servicing inquiries and ensure accurate loan documentation
• Mitigate loan loss risk by securing collateral and adhering to regulatory requirements
• Support team members and maintain positive working relationships while contributing to departmental improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of four years' experience in loan servicing or related financial institution experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and lift up to 10 pounds with accommodations
• Experience in a high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
