A company is looking for a GAP Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and process Gap claims in accordance with established service levels
- Handle potential and actual Gap claim calls while adhering to call handling requirements
- Complete end-to-end Gap claim functions accurately and in compliance with regulations and policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
- Experience in Gap claim process preferred
- Knowledge of Gap claim regulations and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
