Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various communication channels and perform remote installations and repairs
- Triage customer incidents and manage requests while maintaining documentation and process adherence
- Proactively monitor systems and log all work in ServiceNow, prioritizing high visibility incidents
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft OS (Client and Server), Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Familiarity with modern operating systems and cloud technologies is a plus
- Desire to write code (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) is advantageous
