Bilingual Call Center Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Relationship Specialist who is bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to members via telephone and written correspondence
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services
• Support a sales and service environment aligned with the credit union's mission and values

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• 1-3 years of sales and service experience, preferably in a call center
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and have flexible scheduling availability
