Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist (US based only).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor support queue, classify inquiries, and respond to client questions regarding retirement plans
  • Research and resolve complex client requests by collaborating with team members
  • Conduct proactive communications with clients to assess needs and provide timely support
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a client service role
  • 1-2 years of experience with cloud-based CRM platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of 401(k) plan administration, including compliance and auditing
  • Willingness to work 8am-5pm Pacific time (11am-8pm Eastern)
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
