A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - SCA (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries
- Utilize automated systems for data entry and maintain logs of communications
- Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicaid program and service eligibility
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the health insurance industry preferred
