Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - SCA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and maintain logs of communications
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicaid program and service eligibility
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the health insurance industry preferred
