A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and guide them through medical billing
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding balances and set up payment plans
  • Document conversations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and relevant regulations is preferred
