A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and guide them through medical billing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding balances and set up payment plans
- Document conversations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and relevant regulations is preferred
