Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative with veterinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Request and communicate with Veterinarians for clarification of diagnoses and additional information for claim processing
  • Adjudicate claims for deductibles, co-pays, and provider reimbursements, following policies for proper payment
  • Document phone calls, resolve issues from claim adjudication, and prepare reports as required by management
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • One year of veterinary medical experience or equivalency preferred
  • Strong understanding of veterinary medical terminology
  • Proven history of adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Excellent tracking, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
