Insurance Services Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Services Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-job training for new hires and support process improvement efforts
• Manage day-to-day workflow of the Insurance team and ensure timely processing of tasks
• Assist with reporting, procedure management, and address escalated issues for team members

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in escrow, with a focus on Insurance and Loss Drafts preferred
• 2+ years of experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes
• In-depth knowledge of MSP, with at least 2 years of recent experience
• History of reliable attendance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
