Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative II to manage billing and collections for patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing and collection processes to ensure timely revenue collection and resolution of accounts
• Perform daily tasks accurately and in accordance with productivity and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with payers and patients to facilitate account resolution and verify insurance information

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical billing office or relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding
• Familiarity with billing software such as Epic or comparable systems
