Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I & II support for endpoint devices including laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage IT asset management (ITAM) solutions and enforce standard software and hardware configurations
- Assist with HIPAA security audits and document IT support workflows
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; Honor Roll Certificate
- Understanding of business applications like Slack, Zoom, and MS Teams
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with telecom technology and basic troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of IT security applications and VPN remote software
