Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with HIPAA security audits and document IT support workflows
Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of business applications like Slack, Zoom, and MS Teams
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with telecom technology and basic troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of IT security applications and VPN remote software
