Utah Licensed Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are less than 60 days past due
• Provide top-tier support and service to customers

Required Qualifications

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications
• Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT, and have a designated home-based workspace
