Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Collector in Financial Services, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments for past due accounts through direct customer contact
• Assess consumers' financial conditions and determine solutions for delinquency
• Maintain customer accounts and ensure compliance with collection regulations

Required Qualifications

• Must have credit card collections experience
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Outgoing, assertive, and competitive personality
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Capable of acquiring negotiation skills and documenting information accurately
