Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Connection Authorization Associate to manage pre-certifications and authorizations for outpatient hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain pre-certifications, authorizations, and referrals to ensure managed care compliance
• Accurately enter authorization details into EPIC and maintain patient information
• Identify and resolve potential issues to maximize reimbursement and ensure a positive patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle or related healthcare experience
• One year of specific experience within Healthcare Revenue Cycle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and EPIC
• Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle's impact on financial outcomes
• Ability to train and mentor team members and new employees
