Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Client Concierge Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a hybrid team of local and global Concierge Specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to manage client expectations and serve as an escalation point for issues
- Oversee the quality of client-submitted materials and coordinate with the Art team for timely production
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client services, marketing support, or creative operations with prior leadership experience
- Experience managing remote or global teams
- Proven ability to track and deliver performance against KPIs
- Familiarity with creative or production workflows (direct mail, print, advertising) is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
