A company is looking for a Retention Representative responsible for retaining current membership by assisting members with government health program applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide member resolution by researching and documenting inquiries related to program eligibility and application processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing members, assisting them through the recertification process
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for the application process, ensuring accurate member account records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Previous customer service experience
- One to two years of related experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in one or more languages other than English
