Key Responsibilities
- Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with policies and service level agreements
- Support department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Two or more years of experience in annuity customer service or telephone support
- Experience working with annuities and/or life products
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
