Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Advantage).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues and deliver exceptional service
  • Access account information and document customer interactions while navigating multiple systems
  • Identify trends in customer concerns and recommend process improvements to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license required within a designated timeframe
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
