A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Advantage).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues and deliver exceptional service
- Access account information and document customer interactions while navigating multiple systems
- Identify trends in customer concerns and recommend process improvements to leadership
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license required within a designated timeframe
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
