Key Responsibilities
- Builds claim responses and ensures timely follow-up to phone calls and emails
- Provides coaching on unemployment policies and procedures to regional partners and managers
- Manages multiple cases, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS suite
- Experience in customer service and managing difficult situations
- Human resources experience or education preferred
- Experience in researching, analyzing, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Success Factors
