Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator (Customer Service Representative).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide adequate resolutions using internal tools
  • Assist in reviewing escalated problem orders to devise better solutions
  • Interact with patients regarding prescription claims, order status, and shipping locations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience with phone etiquette and customer service
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to a high-paced setting
  • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
