Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide adequate resolutions using internal tools
- Assist in reviewing escalated problem orders to devise better solutions

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with phone etiquette and customer service
- Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to a high-paced setting
- Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
