A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate (Work From Home).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment in a professional manner
- Respond accurately to inquiries and document call details
- Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior service center or customer service experience is required
- Experience in benefit administration or insurance is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable with technology
- Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
- Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
