Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate (Work From Home).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment in a professional manner
  • Respond accurately to inquiries and document call details
  • Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior service center or customer service experience is required
  • Experience in benefit administration or insurance is preferred but not required
  • Must be comfortable with technology
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
