Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and claims for members and providers
  • Educate and counsel members and providers on various healthcare-related information


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
  • Experience with medical terminology and/or insurance
  • High school diploma; college education is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
