Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming interactions from members, providers, and vendors within defined service protocols
- Resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and claims for members and providers
- Educate and counsel members and providers on various healthcare-related information
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- Experience with medical terminology and/or insurance
- High school diploma; college education is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
