Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Physician Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination of care across settings for designated patients
• Performs patient care and procedures using clinical judgment and established protocols
• Assesses patient readiness to learn and evaluates the effectiveness of education provided

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania upon hire
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, managed care plans, and referral coordination
• Excellent computer skills including EMR and Microsoft Office applications
