A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating issues as necessary
- Assist in the setup and implementation of Titan Modules for clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client issues, collaborating with the Account Manager
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field
- 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred
- Experience using Zendesk is preferred
